Patrick founded ZIEL after 20+ years holding senior
delivery and line roles, across banking, insurance,
and industrial transformation in Switzerland and APAC.
He has owned budgets, led teams, and shipped real products.
Every ZIEL engagement is led by someone who has stood where the client stands. That is not a marketing claim. It is a hiring criterion.

Two things are consistently broken in the firms we enter: the gap between what leadership decides and what teams deliver, and the gap between what consultants recommend and what they're willing to implement themselves.

How we engage
We engage as a senior team, not a staffing model. Every engagement is led by someone who has owned delivery themselves, not by a project manager coordinating junior consultants.
We work in short, defined sprints with named outputs. We do not run open-ended
